V-type mixer

HLJX V-type mixer V-type mixer uses mechanical transmission to cause two V-shaped cylindrical drums of unequal height to move in a 360° circular motion. The material inside is tumbled back and forth, utilizing mechanical force and gravity to evenly mix two or more dry materials. It consists of a drum, a drive shaft, and a support. The drum is connected to the drive shaft, which drives the drum in rotation. The material is repeatedly sheared, dispersed, and displaced within the drum, achieving uniform mixing. Application: This machine is suitable for mixing dry materials with similar particle sizes and apparent densities. It is widely used for mixing powdered or granular materials in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, electronics, ceramics, metallurgy, agriculture, and feed.
