The welding surfaces of the extrusion die head and the splicing should be well-closed, and there should be reliable positioning between the templates. The local gap shall not be greater than 0.02mm
In the general mode, the water and air system of the plastic granulator should not collide with each other. The water pipe joints of the extrusion die calibrating die, the refrigeration system and the vacuum system of the calibrating die should be normal and not leak. Vacuum pipe joints should have obvious marks and must not affect the connection of the pipeline.
