The operation of the granulator includes a series of links such as equipment, adjustment, commissioning, operation, protection and repair of the machine. When using the granulator, special attention should be paid to its characteristics. It is obviously very important to grasp the key to the operation of the granulator, because wear and tear will naturally occur during the use of mechanical equipment, and if the wear reaches a certain level, there will be problems, and reasonable and correct operation methods will greatly reduce the wear and tear. speed and prolong the service life of the machine, so it is very necessary to know the operation strategy of the granulator. The details are as follows:

1. Preparatory work for the operation of the granulator: The plastic used for extrusion molding should pay attention to its drying degree. First, the raw materials should meet the required drying requirements, and further drying should be performed if necessary. And filter out impurities, sieve out agglomerates and mechanical impurities.

2. When the granulator is operating, check whether the water, electricity and gas systems in the equipment are normal, ensure that the water and gas paths are dredged and leak-proof, whether the electrical system is normal, whether the heating system, temperature control, and various instruments are working Reliable; Auxiliary machines are empty and low-speed test operation to check whether the equipment is working normally; whether the engine is working normally; add lubricating oil to the lubricating parts of each equipment. If any fault is found, remove it in time.

3. Install the machine head and the shaping sleeve. According to the type and size of the product, select the standard of the machine head. Install the machine head in the following order.

6. When the granulator is operating, first press the "preparation to start" button, then press the "start" button, and then slowly rotate the screw speed adjustment knob, and the screw speed starts slowly. It is then accelerated gradually, with small additions at the same time. When feeding, pay close attention to the changes in the indication of the host ammeter and various indication heads. The screw torque cannot cross the red mark. When the granulator is in operation, before the plastic profile is extruded, no one should stand in front of the die, so as to avoid injury accidents caused by bolts breaking or material wet and foaming. After the plastic is extruded from the die of the die, it is necessary to gradually cool the extrudate and lead it to the pulling equipment and the setting die and start this equipment. Then according to the indicated value of the control surface and the demand for the extruded product. Adjust each part accordingly to make the whole extrusion operation reach normal condition. And add enough material according to the demand, the operation of the twin-screw granulator should use the metering feeder to feed the material evenly and at the same speed.

7. When disassembling and disassembling the bulky parts such as head and screw, the safety items that should be paid attention to during the operation of the granulator are electricity, heat, mechanical transformation and the loading and unloading of bulky parts. The granulator workshop must be equipped with lifting equipment. to ensure safe production. The key to the operation of the granulator is different, but there are also similarities. When manufacturing different plastic products, different operation methods when extruding various products and the key operation of the granulator should be paid attention to.

8. The operation of the granulator can usually be judged according to the appearance of the extruded material. When the die discharge is uniform and the plastic is well-formed, it can be pulled to set the shape of the sleeve. The judgment of the degree of plasticization depends on experience. That is, the appearance is shiny, free of impurities, no foaming, coke and discoloration, and the extruded material is squeezed to a certain degree by hand, without burrs, cracks, and a certain elasticity. At this time, the plastic material is well plasticized. If the plasticization is poor, the screw speed, barrel and head temperature can be adjusted appropriately until the demand is reached. Check whether various technical parameters are normal according to technical requirements. And fill in the technical record sheet. Check the quality of the profile products according to the quality inspection standards, and take timely measures if any doubts are found.

9. Stop the granulator operation, squeeze out the plastic in the granulator, and stop feeding the granulator during operation. When the screw is exposed, close the power supply of the barrel and the head, and stop heating. Suspend the operation of the screw and auxiliary machine. Enclosed are granulators and auxiliary power supplies.

10. Install the handpiece. Arrange the various parts of the perforated plate and the machine head. In order to avoid damage to the inner and outer surfaces of the machine head, turn over the connection flange of the machine head. The remaining material in the machine head is arranged with steel rods and steel sheets, and then the plastic adhering to the machine head is wiped off with sandpaper, polished, and coated with oil or silicone oil to prevent rust. After removing the machine head, the screw and barrel are arranged. Restart the main engine, and add stop material (or crushed material) to clean the screw and barrel. At this moment, the screw adopts a low speed (about sr/min) to reduce wear and tear. After the stopped material is crushed into powder and completely extruded, the residual granules and powder can be repeatedly blown out from the feeding port and the exhaust port with compressed air until there is no residual material in the barrel, and then the screw speed is reduced to zero, and the granulation is stopped. machine, turn off the main power supply and the cooling water main valve.
