Failure causes:
① power supply is out of phase
(Solution: check the power supply)
② auditing current limiter value is too low

(Solution: check whether the media piping is blocked)
Cause of failure:
①Heating AC contactor stuck
(Solution: replace the AC contactor)

(solution: replace the over-temperature protection switch)
Cause of failure: solenoid valve blockage or solenoid valve coil aging
Solution: clean or replace the solenoid valve
Fault cause: power phase sequence error
Solution: Close the total power supply of the mold temperature machine, the power line in any two power lines interchange, if still alarm, replace the reverse phase protector.

The matching of masterbatch and resin is problematic, which may be due to the improper choice of carrier of masterbatch, or the manufacturer may change the resin variety at will
Improper temperature of the machine, the masterbatch stays in the masterbatch machine for too long
Handling procedure: Firstly, check whether the resin variety matches with the masterbatch and whether the measurement is accurate, then adjust the machine temperature or speed, if there is still a problem, contact the masterbatch manufacturer.
This is often caused by the injection molding machine. Different injection molding machines have different mechanical conditions due to different manufacturing, usage time or maintenance conditions, especially the difference in the tightness of the heating element and the barrel, so that the dispersion of the masterbatch in the barrel is not the same, and the above phenomenon will occur.
Some masterbatches have high pigment content (or dyestuff), in this case, the migration phenomenon is normal. Especially for the masterbatch with dyestuff added, serious migration phenomenon will occur. But this does not affect the quality of the products, because after the color masterbatch is injected into the products, the pigment is in the normal color development concentration in the products."
The density and melt index of different resin brands will be different, so the performance of the resin will be different, and the compatibility with the masterbatch will be different, thus the color will change.
